Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using TechOne CRM, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Description of service
TechOne CRM provides a customer relationship management and WhatsApp messaging platform, including but not limited to: lead management, conversation inbox, message templates, workflows, broadcasts, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where feasible.
Account and registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that is harmful, abusive, or fraudulent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
You must comply with WhatsApp’s Business Policy and other applicable platform rules when using WhatsApp-related features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or acceptable use.
Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) according to the pricing in effect at the time of subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Intellectual property
TechOne CRM and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechOne CRM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechOne CRM and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
